I took the girls to a Princess Lunch called an Enchanted Afternoon on December 13th. It was in the grand ballroom of a local reception hall called The Twelve Oaks. It was a buffet lunch with 6 Disney Princesses (Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Jasmine, Snow White, Belle and Ariel) and 2 Princes. It was chaotic and there was a lot of waiting in lines (one photographer was NOT a good plan on their part) with not a lot of kid-friendly food, but overall, the event was fun for the girls. Cinderella danced with Prince Charming and Sleeping Beauty danced with Prince Philip to "Once Upon a Dream." Then they all mingled through the crowd of people and you could take pictures with them. Each child was also allowed one "professional" picture with the princess of their choice in front of the Christmas tree. I was busy filling out forms and didn't get to take my own picture of this, but Chloe chose Cinderella and Rylie chose Sleeping Beauty. They had fun, other than the waiting in line. Not sure that I would do it again unless we were at Disney, but now we know that they will enjoy Disney!
